All orders are delivered using the normal postal services.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Currently our postage charges worries according to the mode you choose to be used.
Delivery Lead Time
Kindly allow 1-2 days for processing and it should take approximately 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at your selected shipping address. In most cases, it only takes within 7 working days to delivery once we have shipped it from the date of our e-mail notification to you.
Returns
Prior to shipment, all CDs is subjected to a limited testing which is done on our machine. In any case, you are having problem with the CDs we have supplied, kindly contact us with your description of the problems. We do accept goods returned for exchange only (particularly, if the CDs arrives to you in defective conditions).
Refund
Since all goods or products is provided 'as is basis' only, we do not currently offer any refund towards your purchase. However, on certain circumstances, we may refund it. Consideration for refund is done on a case to case basis only.
